iDimension LTL pallet dimensioning system by Rice Lake. Captures the cubic dimensions of freight in under 2 seconds, Legal for Trade.

Dimensions captured within 2 seconds of the trigger, with an average transaction time of 7 seconds.
Freight from 12 x 12 x 12 in up to 8 x 8 x 8 ft, in 0.5 in divisions. The iDimension LTL XL measures freight up to 12 ft long.
Optional Stop and Go: a forklift stops, triggers the dimensioner and moves on in about 2 seconds, without dropping the pallet.
Pairs with floor scales or forklift scales to capture Legal for Trade weight and dimensions in one step. Can also mount over a conveyor or a pallet wrapper with a built-in scale.
LED target-zone lights mark the dimensioning area on the floor, and an operator display shows the dimensions and system status.
Optional high-resolution cameras photograph freight for identification and damage claims.
Network device with a web interface and REST API. Sends images, dimensions and weight to shipping, ERP, MRP, TMS and WMS systems, and prints freight labels on a TCP/IP label printer.
Ceiling-mounted sensors at 11 ft. Needs a 12.75 ft minimum ceiling and an 11 x 11 ft clear floor area.
